About Four Legs Law
Our areas of practice cover both business and individual clients and, as you’d expect, our specialist teams are able to consider and advise on the issues relevant to each type of case. As well as building a good reputation and rapport with our clients, our lawyers are recognised in the legal world as experts in their field.
The reason we’ve focused our attention on specialist areas of the law is because we firmly believe it’s the only way to provide the best possible service. We don’t want to be all things to all people; but we do want to be true specialists for those who really need us. If we weren’t the way we are, we think we’d risk losing our approachability and team atmosphere.
Four Legs Law is based in Leeds, although that’s not really important. We look after clients across the country and we’ll be wherever you need us, whenever you need us. We believe our regional roots help us keep our feet on the ground, stay level-headed and concentrate on the most important thing; our clients.
We’re also determined to break the mould of the stereotypical solicitors. We’re neither straight-faced, nor straight-laced – although we will tell it straight. We’re approachable, personable and enjoyable to work with. We won’t baffle you with jargon, we’ll explain everything in plain English. Whilst we do our utmost to get the best result for you, we also care about how the process affects you, offering support and genuine compassion along the way.
We are able to offer a number of funding options to suit your needs including legal aid, no win no fee and fixed fee work. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss which funding options apply.
“I am an avid dog and horse lover having grown up around and having always had them in my life. I am currently dog mum to a Staffie x Whippet who was rescued at 5 months.
Whilst I know the joy and happiness owning an animal brings, I also know the responsibilities and level of commitment involved, which all owners should be accountable for which is why I have a specialist interest and knowledge in canine and equine Law.”
Having studied Law in Leeds, Liz qualified as a Solicitor in 2014.
Liz is our in-house dog and equestrian specialist and heads up our Four Legs Law department.
